By accessing or using the K-Beauty Xperience website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our website or use our services.
Services
K-Beauty Xperience provides medical aesthetic services including but not limited to facial treatments, injectables, laser therapies, and skin care consultations. All services are provided by licensed professionals and are subject to medical evaluation and consultation.
Appointments and Cancellations
When scheduling appointments, please note:
- Appointments are required for all treatments
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary
Medical Disclaimer
The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Results from treatments may vary, and individual outcomes depend on various factors including skin type, health conditions, and adherence to post-treatment care. A consultation with our providers is required to determine if specific treatments are appropriate for you.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from K-Beauty Xperience MedSpa, you may receive non-marketing text messages related to appointment scheduling, consultation inquiries, and customer support, including confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional promotional and service update texts.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 952-395-4230. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
